Troy is a collaborative leader with success in energy business development, commercial operations, energy marketing and regulation.

He is widely recognized for opportunities’ identification, effective project management, contract negotiations and regulatory approvals pertaining to domestic and international projects, including greenfield, brownfield, acquisitions, and divestitures. He has extensive leadership experience including managing cross-functional teams.

Troy has managed assets profitably, consisting of six gas plants with income of $100+ mil/yr. As a noted marketing leader, he demonstrates expertise in portfolio management and price hedging.

Troy also has a strong regulatory background performing witness duties on rate design concepts and cost projections in National Energy Board hearings. Holding both CPA and MBA designations, he combines financial acumen with strategic vision to deliver value as a commercial and regulatory leader.
